Who are these sisters sharing plates?
West coast is the older sister. She has her life a bit more put together. Goes to the gym regularly, eats healthy, you know, that sort of thing..
And I’m East Coast, the younger sister. I hate the gym, food (specifically, desserts) and I love of each other deeply, but I need to get in shape and say “hello” to healthier eating style.
And together we are the Sisters Sharing Plates (“plates” not “pilates” which is what I read the first time my sister showed me this site which caused me to freak out a little and be all like “heck no I am not doing pilates.” So yeah, don’t worry. )
